Refund policy

We will provide as much video and picture data as possible, prior to shipment, to ensure complete satisfaction, however, due to shipping costs, returns are not practical.

However, if item is not closeout, and buyer covers return shipping, the material may be returned for credit or refund so long as Dryftwood Designs has been notified within 48 hours, by email, of buyer's intent to return and material has been returned within 15 days.

Closeout Item Orders:  Materials marked as 'Closeout' or 'Liquidation' are not returnable.
