The locals, along the coast of Central America, have named it Cenizero, although it’s more commonly known as Monkey pod. All slab wood has been kiln dried. Any checks, cracks or defects have been resin stabilized so that each slab can be surface planed and flat sanded to 150 grit. The material has been acclimating to ambient conditions for at least 2 years.
